when you get older your body begins to fall apart...

...the artist R B Kitaj once said that, and it is SO true. I don't feel too bad myself, but today i've witnessed what other people have to put up with and it is very scary. I suppose the last few weeks have been a real eye opener, but then again, all this was evident from many years ago, its just that now its all much more worrying. I should be thinking about something else.
